Hello Everyone!

It's been awhile since our last developer's blog, but now that Once Upon an Electric Dream is officially out on Itch.io and Discord we wanted to talk about what went right and wrong during the process.

We also have surprise printable goodies for you all!

The Right

We were able to hit our target release month of February 2020 despite having some scheduling difficulties, travel, and PAX East. Holding to our word and achieving this release window was extremely important to us.

In an effort to give as many people as possible the opportunity to experience Once Upon an Electric Dream, we released both a Windows and MacOS version to Itch.io and the Discord game store.

The Wrong

We underestimated the time it would take for Discord and Steam to approve Once Upon an Electric Dream, and we're still waiting on Steam to accept. This was our first time working with Discord and Steam in a developer's capacity, so it's a learning experience we hope to benefit from for the My Sweet Confession release in April.

We'll let you know as soon as possible when Once Upon an Electric Dream is out on Steam!

The Goodies

To celebrate the release of Once Upon an Electric Dream we decided to go old school and create some printable bookmarks for everyone! Bookmarks were always so cool and exciting when we were younger, enjoying our favorite novel or biography. To rekindle those fond memories, you can download the Once Upon an Electric Dream bookmark set here.

As always, thank you all for your support during our development stages and release. We promise there's more ahead, especially My Sweet Confession in April!
